Itinerary Overview

Day 1: Arrival in Tbilisi – Welcome to the Heart of the Caucasus

• Arrive at Tbilisi International Airport.

• Meet and greet by our representative followed by a private transfer to your hotel.

• Check in and relax after your journey.

• Enjoy your free time exploring nearby cafés, streets, and local restaurants.

• Overnight stay in Tbilisi.

Day 2: Explore Tbilisi – City of Culture & Colors

• Breakfast at the hotel.

• Begin a guided city tour of Tbilisi (approx. 3–4 hours).

  • Visit Metekhi Church, built by King Vakhtang Gorgasali in the 5th century.

  • Take the cable car ride to Narikala Fortress for panoramic city views.

  • Explore Chardin Street – famous for its cafés, art galleries, and boutiques.

  • Visit the 17th-century Sulphur Baths and admire the red-brick domes that define Old Tbilisi’s charm.

• Optional: Funicular Train ride to Mtatsminda Park for breathtaking city views.

• Overnight stay in Tbilisi.

Day 3: Gudauri & Kazbegi – The Mountain Adventure

• Breakfast at the hotel.

• Depart for a full-day mountain excursion to Gudauri and Kazbegi (approx. 7–8 hours).

  • Stop at the Ananuri Fortress, overlooking the turquoise Zhinvali Reservoir.

  • Visit the Friendship Monument in Gudauri for panoramic photo opportunities.

  • Upon weather conditions, continue to Kazbegi for a 4×4 jeep ride to the iconic Gergeti Trinity Church, located on a mountaintop beneath Mount Kazbek.

• Return to Tbilisi in the evening.

• Overnight stay in Tbilisi.

Day 4: Mtskheta & Jvari Monastery – Where Faith Meets History

• Breakfast at the hotel.

• Drive to Mtskheta, one of Georgia’s oldest cities and a UNESCO World Heritage Site.

  • Visit the Jvari Monastery, offering breathtaking views where the Mtkvari and Aragvi rivers meet.

  • Explore the Svetitskhoveli Cathedral, known for its ancient religious significance and architectural beauty.

• Enjoy free time for shopping or trying local Georgian cuisine.

• Return to your hotel in Tbilisi for an overnight stay.

Day 5: Departure – Farewell to Georgia

• Breakfast at the hotel.

• Free time for last-minute shopping or relaxation before your flight.

• Private transfer to Tbilisi International Airport for your onward journey.
